Each of the canvas squares had an intricately ink drawn leaf from a collection of leaves found in SF. Using a magnifying glass artists took a closer look at specific shapes, lines and color as they drew their favorite 20 leaves.
The squares of canvas were framed with twigs and hung from a larger twig in a row to create the wall hanging. Artists then took bright watercolor paint and oil pastels to paint the leaves.
