Back by popular demand! In this sculpture studio, Little Artists constructed an elongated wire armature of an animal similar in style to the famous sculpturist, Giacometti.
The wire forms that can not stand alone were mounted to wood platforms. Each sculpture was then covered with plaster sheets.
Once the work was dry, artists painted their animals black acrylic paint and lightly rubbed on a gold accent to resemble Giacometti’s bronze sculptures.
Artists had an option to add a touch of aboriginal feel to their work and wrap their animals with beautiful wool yarns. This magnificent piece of art will be kept for years to come!
